I recently needed a new roof because of hail damage Joel Cooper with Kevin Best’s Agency was very helpful in getting my G4 Rating Certificate applied to my policy for a premium discount. The whole process for getting my roof replaced went very smoothly. I also recently bought a new car. "I have 3 insurance payments….all automatically paid. When I looked at my accounts it appeared to show that only 1 account was set up for automatic payment. I called and talked to Mary and she was extremely nice and figured out that the other 2 accounts were delayed because of the date they would have normally been paid was a holiday. She was very patient and spent a lot of time researching the problem. I have always had good experiences with everyone in this office."
